Returns & Exchanges

Every itelmee piece is handmade to order in Kyiv, Ukraine — carefully created especially for you.

Because each garment is individually made, standard returns are not available.
But we truly want your piece to fit beautifully and feel right on your body.

Exchanges

If something doesn’t sit quite the way you hoped, we’ll help you fix it.

Exchanges are available within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

You may exchange your piece for:

— a different size
— another design of equal value
— store credit

Your new piece will be handmade again for you, so please allow 7–10 working days for production before shipping.

Order Changes

If you need to cancel or adjust your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@itelmee.com.

If production hasn’t started yet, we’ll cancel your order and refund it in full.

Finding the Right Fit

If you’re unsure about sizing, send us your measurements before ordering.
We’ll help you choose the best fit — or adjust the piece when possible.

Each garment is handmade, and small differences are part of what makes it yours.
